There are lots of very good ways to debrief – my preferred way is the Jenny Rudolph way using debriefing with Good Judgement

Based on  2 articles (attached below)  I have made a template that acts of a cognitive aid for the debriefer and allows them to keep notes of key points for discussion during the unfolding of the SIM. It’s not for everyone, but I like it!
